The International Property Awards 2022-2023 took place at Habtoor Grand Resort, Dubai and 4Elements was part of it.

During the ceremony, 4ELEMENTS was awarded top two accolades for nomination in Egypt and all of Africa for the two residential projects:

• The infinite Linearity: Best Residential Interior for Apartments.
• The Parrot in Seashell: Best Residential Interior for Private Residence.

During the evening, a surprise announcement was made that 4ELEMENTS had also been nominated to the "World's Best" & winning a Five Star Award to both projects.

On Febuary 2023, 4Elements was nominated to Londons international awards ceremony where only the top of all regions participated.

During the ceremony, 4elements was awarded number one in Africa.
